My name is Pasquale, and I am thrilled to welcome you to my apartments located in the Ostiense district, where I lived and spent much of my adolescence, growing up between Ostiense and Garbatella. I am an avid motorcyclist, a videogame enthusiast, and a lover of animals, Japanese anime and manga, and rock and metal music.

At the beginning of 2023, due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself without a job and decided to roll up my sleeves and fully dedicate myself to this new venture, which would become our family business. I started by drafting the plans with an architecture firm, signed a contract with a renovation company, and simultaneously began the bureaucratic process to establish the company and obtain the necessary permits from the municipality. After months of hard work and effort, we are finally ready to welcome you with open arms.
