Cancellation Policy

In our structure, it is possible to cancel the reservation up to five days before the stay without paying any penalty. Any advance payment will be fully refunded, and the reservation will be canceled. The refund payment will be made using the same methods as the customer used unless otherwise specified.

Excluding social media such as Instagram and Facebook, cancellations can be communicated through all other channels, such as email, phone, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

Currently, there is no rate diversification on the site, except for monthly and weekend promotional rates, but if a future “non-refundable” rate is implemented, it will be excluded from these cancellation policies.

Refund Terms The refund will be made using the same payment methods chosen by the customer at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
